Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid Algoinsight enrollments invoiced by us. Website pricing pages are informational and do not themselves create a charge. Eligibility depends on program type and timing relative to the cohort start date stated on your confirmation.
Timeframe for full refunds
For live cohort seats (including Workpaper Standardization Studio), you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the published start date, provided digital materials beyond the welcome packet have not been downloaded in bulk and live sessions have not been attended.
Partial refunds
Cancellations between 13 and 3 days before start may receive a 50% refund of tuition paid. Within 72 hours of start, or after the first live session, tuition is generally non-refundable except where Algoinsight cancels the cohort.
Self-paced products
Self-paced primers are refundable within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of modules have been marked complete and downloadable packs have not been retrieved more than once.
Non-refundable items
- Completed private Engagement Archive clinic days already delivered on-site
- Third-party fees (payment processing, wire charges) when non-recoverable
- Custom template work accepted and delivered under a signed statement of work
Refund process
Email info@algoinsight.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, enrolled name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the approved amount.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days for international wires.
Cancellation by Algoinsight
If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort at no extra tuition.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law apply where relevant. Documented medical or family emergencies may be considered for goodwill credits at our discretion.
